This Privacy Policy explains how I (“I”, “me”, “my”, or “the App”) collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use this application. By using this app, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Data Collection

I only collect the following information when you create an account or use the app:

• First and last name
• Email address

This information is used solely to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Authenticate your identity (including two-factor authentication)
• Process optional payments for additional features

I do not collect, use, or store any tracking data, analytics, cookies, or advertising identifiers.

2. Payment Information

If you choose to purchase additional features, payment processing is handled securely through Apple’s App Store or another trusted payment processor. I do not store or have access to your credit card or financial details.

3. Communication

I do not send marketing emails or newsletters. Emails may only be sent for:

• Account verification or two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Security notifications (e.g., password resets)

4. Data Retention

Your personal information is stored only as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be permanently deleted from my systems within a reasonable timeframe, unless required by law to retain it.

5. Children’s Privacy

This app is not intended for users under 13 years of age. I do not knowingly collect or store any personal information from minors. If I become aware that I have inadvertently collected such information, I will delete it immediately.

6. Data Security

I implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

7. Your Rights (GDPR – European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Right to access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Right to restrict or object to processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to withdraw consent at any time

• Performance of a contract (providing app functionality)

8. California Residents (CCPA & CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to:

• Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal data collected
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal data (note: I do not sell or share data)
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

9. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

As required by CalOPPA, I disclose the following:

• Users can review or request deletion of their information by contacting me directly.
• I do not track users across third-party websites.
• The app does not support “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals as no tracking or analytics are used.

10. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the app or on the associated website, with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
